Anti-HPEM-2 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target HPEM-2 is a known alias name of the protein Cdc42 guanine nucleotide exchange factor 9, encoded by the ARHGEF9 gene in humans. This 516-amino acid residue protein is known to act as guanine nucleotide exchange factor (GEF) for CDC42. It is localized to the cytoplasm of the cell. In terms of tissue expression, it is notably expressed in the brain. Other synonyms for HPEM-2 include COLLYBISTIN, COLLYBISTIN, and DEE8. Indicated applications for HPEM-2 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
