Anti-PEG1 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the PEG1 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the MEST gene, which encodes mesoderm specific transcript. The human version of PEG1 has a canonical amino acid length of 335 residues and a protein mass of 38.8 kilodaltons, although 3 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the ER of cells. PEG1 is a member of the AB hydrolase protein superfamily. Indicated applications for PEG1 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
