Anti-MST075 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target MST075 is a known alias name of the protein replication protein A1, encoded by the RPA1 gene in humans. This 616-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in DNA damage pathways and DNA repair, among other biological processes. It is localized to the nucleus of the cell and features ubiquitinated and sumoylated post-translational modifications. It is reported to be widely expressed in many tissue types. Other synonyms for MST075 include HSSB and PFBMFT6. These MST075 antibodies are widely used in Western Blot experiments, among other applications.
