Anti-MYOR antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target MYOR is a known alias name of the protein musculin, encoded by the MSC gene in humans. This 206-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in the regulation of transcription and skeletal muscle tissue development, among other biological processes. It is localized to the nucleus of the cell. In terms of tissue expression, it is reported to be expressed in lymphoid tissues, B-cell lines and activated B-cells. Other synonyms for MYOR include ABF-1 and ABF1. Indicated applications for MYOR antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
