Anti-MINOS3 antibodies detect the protein encoded by the gene CHCHD3, or 'coiled-coil-helix-coiled-coil-helix domain containing 3' in humans. The 227-amino acid protein is a member of the MICOS complex subunit Mic19 family, Metazoan Mic19 subfamily. The cellular localization is predicted to be cytoplasmic, nuclear and mitochondrial.
