Anti-PPR1 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target PPR1 is a known alias name of the protein atypical chemokine receptor 4, encoded by the ACKR4 gene in humans. This 350-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in chemotaxis and GPCR signaling pathways, among other biological processes. It is localized to the cell membrane of the cell and features phosphorylated and glycosylated post-translational modifications. In terms of tissue expression, it is reported to be highly expressed in the heart.
