Anti-PDLIM6 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target PDLIM6 is a known alias name of the protein LIM domain binding 3, encoded by the LDB3 gene in humans. This 727-amino acid residue protein is believed to function as a an adapter in striated muscle to couple protein kinase C-mediated signaling via its LIM domains to the cytoskeleton. It is localized to the cytoplasm of the cell. In terms of tissue expression, it is notably expressed in skeletal muscle and to a lesser extent in the heart. Other synonyms for PDLIM6 include CMD1C, CMH24, and CMPD3. Indicated applications for PDLIM6 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
