Anti-Pog antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target Pog is a known alias name of the protein FA complementation group L, encoded by the FANCL gene in humans. This 375-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in DNA damage pathways and DNA repair, among other biological processes. It is localized to the nucleus and cytoplasm of the cell and features ubiquitinated post-translational modifications. It is reported to be widely expressed in many tissue types. Other synonyms for Pog include FAAP43 and PHF9. Indicated applications for Pog antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
