Anti-p33ING2 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the p33ING2 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the ING2 gene, which encodes inhibitor of growth family member 2. This protein is known to function in chromatin organization and DNA damage pathways, among other biological roles. The human version of p33ING2 has a canonical amino acid length of 280 residues and a protein mass of 32.8 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. This target antigen may also be known as ING1L.
