Anti-PHMX antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target PHMX is a known alias name of the protein tetraspanin 32, encoded by the TSPAN32 gene in humans. This 320-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in cell to cell signaling and cytoskeleton organization, among other biological processes. It is localized to the membrane of the cell. In terms of tissue expression, it is noted to be expressed ubiquitously at low levels. Other synonyms for PHMX include ART1 and PHEMX. Indicated applications for PHMX antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
