Anti-MINOS1 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target MINOS1 is a known alias name of the protein mitochondrial contact site and cristae organizing system subunit 10, encoded by the MICOS10 gene in humans. This 78-amino acid residue protein is a known component of the MICOS complex, a large protein complex of the mitochondrial inner membrane that plays crucial roles in the maintenance of crista junctions, inner membrane architecture, and formation of contact sites to the outer membrane. It is localized to the mitochondria of the cell. It is reported to be widely expressed in many tissue types. Western Blot is the most common application for the MINOS1 antibodies listed below. ELISA, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
