Anti-NMN-125 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target NMN-125 is a known alias name of the protein neurotensin, encoded by the NTS gene in humans. This 170-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in the regulation of gene expression and NF-kappaB signaling pathways, among other biological processes. It is localized to the cytoplasmic vesicles and is secreted of the cell and features cleaved post-translational modifications. It is reported to be expressed in the small intestine and stomach. The term NN is another synonym for NMN-125. Some NMN-125 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Immunohistochemistry is a widely used application for these antibodies. ELISA and Western Blot are also common applications.
