Anti-NECL3 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target NECL3 is a known alias name of the protein cell adhesion molecule 2, encoded by the CADM2 gene in humans. This 435-amino acid residue protein is reported to be an adhesion molecule that engages in homo- and heterophilic interactions with the other nectin-like family members, leading to cell aggregation. It is localized to the cell membrane of the cell and features glycosylated post-translational modifications. It is reported to be expressed in the cerebellum and cerebral cortex. Indicated applications for NECL3 antibodies listed below include ELISA and Western Blot.
