Anti-MYD-1 antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The MYD-1 antigen is another term for the human protein signal regulatory protein alpha, encoded by the SIRPA gene. The protein is known to function in cell adhesion and cell migration, among other biological roles. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 504 residues and a mass of 55 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the membrane and it is ubiquitously expressed across many tissue types. Western Blot is the most common application for the MYD-1 antibodies listed below. Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
