Anti-MYHC-EMB antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target MYHC-EMB is a known alias name of the protein myosin heavy chain 3, encoded by the MYH3 gene in humans. This 1940-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in muscle organ development, among other biological processes. It is localized to the cytoplasm of the cell. In terms of tissue expression, it is reported to be expressed in fetal bone, thymus, placenta, heart, brain, and liver. Other synonyms for MYHC-EMB include CPSFS1A, CPSFS1B, and CPSKF1A. Indicated applications for MYHC-EMB antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
