Anti-MIG2B antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the MIG2B antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the FERMT3 gene, which encodes FERM domain containing kindlin 3. This protein is known to function in cell matrix adhesion and the regulation of cell migration, among other biological roles. The human version of MIG2B has a canonical amino acid length of 667 residues and a protein mass of 76 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the cell projections of cells. MIG2B is a member of the Kindlin protein family.
