Anti-LGMD2L antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the LGMD2L antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the ANO5 gene, which encodes anoctamin 5. The human version of LGMD2L has a canonical amino acid length of 913 residues and a protein mass of 107.2 kilodaltons. It is reported to be localized in the ER and cell membrane of cells. LGMD2L is a member of the Anoctamin protein family.

This is used for in vitro translation activity detection. Cells transfected for 24h were collected and the samples were stained with this antibody, and then a PE secondary antibody was used. The positive percentage of cells in the transfected samples was about 99%, and the effect was very good.

After transfecting the mRNA into the cells, cells were collected for 24 hours and stained with this antibody, and then stained with a PE-labeled secondary antibody. After staining, flow cytometry showed that the positive percentage of the transfected cells was as high as 98%.
