Anti-LBN antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the LBN antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the EVC2 gene, which encodes EvC ciliary complex subunit 2. This protein is a known component of the EvC complex that positively regulates ciliary Hedgehog (Hh) signaling. The human version of LBN has a canonical amino acid length of 1308 residues and a protein mass of 147.9 kilodaltons, although 3 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the cell membrane, nucleus, and cytoplasm of cells. Indicated applications for LBN antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
