Anti-JAC1 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target JAC1 is a known alias name of the protein HscB mitochondrial iron-sulfur cluster cochaperone, encoded by the HSCB gene in humans. This 235-amino acid residue protein is a member of the HscB protein family. It is localized to the mitochondria and cytoplasm of the cell. In terms of tissue expression, it is reported to be expressed in the lung, brain, stomach, spleen, ovary, testis, liver, muscle and heart. Indicated applications for JAC1 antibodies listed below include ELISA and Western Blot.
