Anti-Ip9 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target Ip9 is a known alias name of the protein C-X-C motif chemokine ligand 11, encoded by the CXCL11 gene in humans. This 94-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in GPCR signaling pathways and cell to cell signaling, among other biological processes. The protein is secreted and features post-translational modifications. In terms of tissue expression, it is notably expressed in peripheral blood leukocytes, pancreas and liver astrocytes. Other synonyms for Ip9 include H174, I-TAC, and IP-9. Western Blot is a widely used application for the Ip9 antibodies listed below. In addition, ELISA is also a common application.
