Anti-HPRN antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the HPRN antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the CIAO3 gene, which encodes cytosolic iron-sulfur assembly component 3. This protein is known to function in hematopoietic progenitor cell differentiation and the regulation of gene expression, among other biological roles. The human version of HPRN has a canonical amino acid length of 476 residues and a protein mass of 53 kilodaltons, although 3 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be widely expressed in many tissue types. HPRN is a member of the NARF protein family. Indicated applications for HPRN antibodies listed below include ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
