Anti-HPHRP antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the HPHRP antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the PTER gene, which encodes phosphotriesterase related. This protein is known to function in epithelial cell differentiation, among other biological roles. The human version of HPHRP has a canonical amino acid length of 349 residues and a protein mass of 39 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be widely expressed in many tissue types. HPHRP is a member of the Phosphotriesterase protein family. Indicated applications for HPHRP antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
