Anti-HLS antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target HLS is a known alias name of the protein HYLS1 centriolar and ciliogenesis associated, encoded by the HYLS1 gene in humans. This 299-amino acid residue protein is reported to play a role in ciliogenesis. It is localized to the cytoplasm of the cell. It is reported to be expressed in the cerebellum.
