Anti-Ha5 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the Ha5 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the KRT35 gene, which encodes keratin 35. This protein is known to function in the morphogenesis of anatomical structure and epithelial cell differentiation, among other biological roles. The human version of Ha5 has a canonical amino acid length of 455 residues and a protein mass of 50.4 kilodaltons. It is reported to be notably expressed in the hair. This target antigen may also be known as Ha-5. Indicated applications for Ha5 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
