Anti-FB1 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the FB1 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the TFPT gene, which encodes TCF3 fusion partner. This protein is known to function in the apoptotic pathway and chromatin remodeling, among other biological roles. The human version of FB1 has a canonical amino acid length of 253 residues and a protein mass of 28.3 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. Other names for this target antigen include INO80F and amida. Indicated applications for FB1 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
