Anti-LRRC73 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein leucine rich repeat containing 73. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 316 amino acid residues and a mass of 33.4 kDa. It is notably expressed in the testis, fallopian tube, endometrium, cerebellum, and bronchus. Synonyms for this target antigen include leucine-rich repeat-containing protein 73. LRRC73 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Immunofluorescence is the most common application for the LRRC73 antibodies listed below. Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
