Anti-LPTL antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target LPTL is a known alias name of the protein PIN2 (TERF1) interacting telomerase inhibitor 1, encoded by the PINX1 gene in humans. This 328-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in the regulation of cell proliferation, among other biological processes. It is localized to the nucleus of the cell and features cleaved post-translational modifications. Other synonyms for LPTL include Gno1 and LPTS. Indicated applications for LPTL antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
