Anti-LKP antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target LKP is a known alias name of the protein DExH-box helicase 9, encoded by the DHX9 gene in humans. This 1270-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in TNF-mediated cellular signaling pathways and DNA replication, among other biological processes. It is localized to the nucleus and cytoplasm of the cell and features methylated and phosphorylated post-translational modifications. It is reported to be widely expressed in many tissue types. Other synonyms for LKP include DDX9 and NDH2. Indicated applications for LKP antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
