Anti-LFG1 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the LFG1 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the GRINA gene, which encodes glutamate ionotropic receptor NMDA type subunit associated protein 1. This protein is known to function in the regulation of apoptosis, among other biological roles. The human version of LFG1 has a canonical amino acid length of 371 residues and a protein mass of 41.2 kilodaltons. It is reported to be localized in the membrane of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. Other names for this target antigen include HNRGW and NMDARA1. Indicated applications for LFG1 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
