Anti-LDP-3 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the LDP-3 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the DUSP23 gene, which encodes dual specificity phosphatase 23. This protein is known to function in cilium assembly and protein dephosphorylation, among other biological roles. The human version of LDP-3 has a canonical amino acid length of 150 residues and a protein mass of 16.6 kilodaltons. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. Other names for this target antigen include DUSP25 and LDP-3. Indicated applications for LDP-3 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
