Anti-HIP6 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target HIP6 is a known alias name of the protein proteasome 26S subunit, non-ATPase 8, encoded by the PSMD8 gene in humans. This 350-amino acid residue protein is a known component of the 26S proteasome, a multiprotein complex involved in the ATP-dependent degradation of ubiquitinated proteins. It is reported to be widely expressed in many tissue types. Other synonyms for HIP6 include HEL-S-91n and HYPF. Some HIP6 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Indicated applications for the antibodies listed below include Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
