Anti-Ipas antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target Ipas is a known alias name of the protein hypoxia inducible factor 3 subunit alpha, encoded by the HIF3A gene in humans. This 669-amino acid residue protein is known to act as a transcriptional regulator in adaptive response to low oxygen tension. It is localized to the nucleus, mitochondria, and cytoplasm of the cell and features ubiquitinated post-translational modifications. In terms of tissue expression, it is reported to be expressed in vascular cells. Indicated applications for Ipas antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
