Anti-DP103 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target DP103 is a known alias name of the protein DEAD-box helicase 20, encoded by the DDX20 gene in humans. This 824-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in the regulation of cell proliferation and the regulation of transcription, among other biological processes. It is localized to the nucleus and cytoplasm of the cell. In terms of tissue expression, it is ubiquitously expressed across many tissue types. The term GEMIN3 is another synonym for DP103. Indicated applications for DP103 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
