Anti-DNT antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the DNT antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the NT5C gene, which encodes 5', 3'-nucleotidase, cytosolic. This protein is known to function in metabolic processes, among other biological roles. The human version of DNT has a canonical amino acid length of 201 residues and a protein mass of 23.4 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the cytoplasm of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. Other names for this target antigen include DNT1 and HEL74. Indicated applications for DNT antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunocytochemistry.
