Anti-DFNA4 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target DFNA4 is a known alias name of the protein myosin heavy chain 14, encoded by the MYH14 gene in humans. This 1995-amino acid residue protein is reported to be a cellular myosin that appears to play a role in cytokinesis, cell shape, and specialized functions such as secretion and capping. It is reported to be widely expressed in many tissue types. Some DFNA4 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Indicated applications for the antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
