Anti-Mclc antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target Mclc is a known alias name of the protein chloride channel CLIC like 1, encoded by the CLCC1 gene in humans. This 551-amino acid residue protein is suggested to act as a chloride ion channel. It is localized to the nucleus, Golgi, and ER of the cell. It is reported to be widely expressed in many tissue types. Indicated applications for Mclc antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunofluorescence.
