Anti-LH3 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the LH3 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the PLOD3 gene, which encodes procollagen-lysine,2-oxoglutarate 5-dioxygenase 3. This protein is known to function in in utero embryonic development, among other biological roles. The human version of LH3 has a canonical amino acid length of 738 residues and a protein mass of 84.8 kilodaltons. It is reported to be localized in the extracellular matrix, ER, membrane, and is secreted of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. Indicated applications for LH3 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
