Anti-LMP10 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the LMP10 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the PSMB10 gene, which encodes proteasome 20S subunit beta 10. The human version of LMP10 has a canonical amino acid length of 273 residues and a protein mass of 28.9 kilodaltons. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. This target antigen may also be known as MECL1. Some LMP10 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. Immunofluorescence and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
