Anti-JC310 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target JC310 is a known alias name of the protein MAPK associated protein 1, encoded by the MAPKAP1 gene in humans. This 522-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in cytoskeleton organization and the regulation of apoptosis, among other biological processes. It is localized to the nucleus, cytoplasmic vesicles, and cell membrane of the cell. In terms of tissue expression, it is widely expressed across many tissue types. Western Blot is the most common application for the JC310 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
