Anti-ISG54 antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The ISG54 antigen is another term for the human protein interferon induced protein with tetratricopeptide repeats 2, encoded by the IFIT2 gene. The protein is known to function in the apoptotic pathway and viral immune response, among other biological roles. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 472 residues and a mass of 54.6 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the ER and cytoplasm and it is expressed in the kidney. The ISG54 protein is a member of the IFIT protein family. Other alias names for ISG54 include G10P2, GARG-39, and IFI-54. Indicated applications for ISG54 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
