Anti-HEMHC antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The HEMHC antigen is another term for the human protein myosin heavy chain 3, encoded by the MYH3 gene. The protein is known to function in muscle organ development, among other biological roles. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 1940 residues and a mass of 223.9 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the cytoplasm and it is reported to be expressed in fetal bone, thymus, placenta, heart, brain, and liver. The HEMHC protein is a member of the Myosin protein family. Other alias names for HEMHC include CPSFS1A, CPSFS1B, and CPSKF1A. Indicated applications for HEMHC antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
