Anti-D12 antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The D12 antigen is another term for the human protein unconventional SNARE in the ER 1, encoded by the USE1 gene. The protein is a reported SNARE that may be involved in targeting and fusion of Golgi-derived retrograde transport vesicles with the ER. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 259 residues and a mass of 29.4 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the ER and it is widely expressed in many tissue types. The D12 protein is a member of the USE1 protein family. Indicated applications for D12 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
