Anti-DSAP1 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the DSAP1 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the SART3 gene, which encodes spliceosome associated factor 3, U4/U6 recycling protein. This protein is known to function in RNA splicing and the regulation of gene expression, among other biological roles. The human version of DSAP1 has a canonical amino acid length of 963 residues and a protein mass of 109.9 kilodaltons, although 4 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. This target antigen may also be known as P100. Indicated applications for DSAP1 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
