Anti-DLT antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target DLT is a known alias name of the protein codanin 1, encoded by the CDAN1 gene in humans. This 1227-amino acid residue protein is believed to act as a negative regulator of ASF1 in chromatin assembly. It is localized to the nucleus and cytoplasm of the cell. In terms of tissue expression, it is ubiquitously expressed across many tissue types. Indicated applications for DLT antibodies listed below include ELISA and Western Blot.
