Anti-HT-BETA antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target HT-BETA is a known alias name of the protein zinc finger protein 148, encoded by the ZNF148 gene in humans. This 794-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in transcriptional regulation. It is localized to the nucleus of the cell and features sumoylated post-translational modifications. It is reported to be widely expressed in many tissue types. Other synonyms for HT-BETA include BERF-1, BFCOL1, and GDACCF. Indicated applications for HT-BETA antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
