Anti-HREP Antibody Products

Anti-HREP antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the HREP antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the FBXW10 gene, which encodes F-box and WD repeat domain containing 10. This protein is a suspected substrate-recognition component of a SCF (SKP1-CUL1-F-box protein)-type E3 ubiquitin ligase complex which mediates the ubiquitination and subsequent proteasomal degradation of target proteins. The human version of HREP has a canonical amino acid length of 1052 residues and a protein mass of 119.8 kilodaltons, although 4 isoforms have been identified.

Robust Immunostaining of Iba1 with a Reliable Antibody

We used this antibody to immunofluorescently label astrocytes in the mouse dorsal hippocampus following astrocyte-specific MOR knockdown. The signal was bright, highly specific, and compatible with multi-channel confocal imaging together with mCherry, DAPI, SOX9, Iba1, nitrotyrosine, and SOD1 markers. The antibody provided excellent visualization of astrocyte morphology and fine processes with minimal background.
