Anti-HJCD antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target HJCD is a known alias name of the protein solute carrier family 29 member 3, encoded by the SLC29A3 gene in humans. This 475-amino acid residue protein is known to mediate both influx and efflux of nucleosides across the membrane (equilibrative transporter). It is localized to the lysosomes and membrane of the cell and features glycosylated post-translational modifications. In terms of tissue expression, it is found to be widely expressed in both adult and fetal tissues. Other synonyms for HJCD include ENT3 and HCLAP. Indicated applications for HJCD antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
