Anti-HM3 antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The HM3 antigen is another term for the human protein cholinergic receptor muscarinic 3, encoded by the CHRM3 gene. The protein is known to function in chemical synaptic transmission and GPCR signaling pathways, among other biological roles. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 590 residues and a mass of 66.1 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the ER and cell membrane and it is expressed in many tissues, such as the skin and testis. The HM3 protein is a member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 protein family. Other alias names for HM3 include EGBRS and EGBRS. Indicated applications for HM3 antibodies listed below include Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
