Anti-Grf1 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target Grf1 is a known alias name of the protein Ras protein specific guanine nucleotide releasing factor 1, encoded by the RASGRF1 gene in humans. This 1273-amino acid residue protein is reported to promote the exchange of Ras-bound GDP by GTP. It is reported to be widely expressed in many tissue types. A number of Grf1 antibodies have been mentioned in research publications and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. In addition, ELISA is also a common application.
