Anti-GGF1 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the GGF1 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the SOS1 gene, which encodes SOS Ras/Rac guanine nucleotide exchange factor 1. This protein is known to function in axon guidance and cytokine-mediated signaling pathways, among other biological roles. The human version of GGF1 has a canonical amino acid length of 1333 residues and a protein mass of 152.5 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. Other names for this target antigen include GF1 and GINGF. These GGF1 antibodies are widely used in Western Blot experiments, among other applications.
